Interview Principles...

1-The "Well Though Questions" principle.
I want my interview to have questions that can make the interviewee keep talking, and giving not just a lot of information but good information. Here are two links. One to a bad interview, this one being full of "yes or no" questions, in fact the interviewee has to make the conversation interesting. in the second interview you can tell the interviewer having more flexibility to go over a certain topic.

3-Good use of "Background Info" This is an interview to Miley Cyrus. The interviewers have a lot of background information, they throw a topic that people want to hear about, but ask how that certain topic happened.
